Leasing

ELLIS HomeSource utilizes TREC-licensed leasing professionals who personally screen, qualify, and show prospective Residents ELLIS-managed homes, townhomes, duplexes, and condos. ELLIS also owns J. Ellis Apartment Locators and Las Colinas Apartment Locators in Irving, Texas, and through these affiliates, ELLIS HomeSource has the additional resources of over 22 relocation specialists and their hundreds of leasing prospects. The result is prompt occupancy with the most highly qualified Resident for all ELLIS HomeSource -managed units. In a rental housing market where leasing is almost more important than management, we can provide stable, competent Residents in a very timely manner. Maintenance and Make-Ready

Through the direction of its experienced property manager, ELLIS HomeSource offers full-service maintenance. For repairs that go beyond "in-house" expertise, ELLIS HomeSource has negotiated a below market service agreement with several reputable, professional companies to provide a low rate to its clients. ELLIS HomeSource may also coordinate and oversee landscaping and swimming pool services to ensure that a property maintains its curb appeal and overall desirability. Finally, for a small fee, ELLIS HomeSource offers a complete punch out and walk-through service to provide owners and lending institutions with a condition report of the property, including repair and renovation recommendations and schedules.

Accounting

Each month, ELLIS HomeSource produces a clear, concise computerized summary of the activities involving your investment property. ELLIS HomeSource provides an accurate and comprehensive record of all the transactions for your rental property. These itemized statements are produced and reviewed by our in-house accounting personnel. Your property manager or an ELLIS HomeSource accounting representative will gladly answer any question about your statement.
